EtonHouse Charity Walk and Fun Fair

On 11 November 2017, more than 1200 parents, children and staff from EtonHouse, E-Bridge, Middleton, Hampton and Islander came together for the EtonHouse Charity Walk and Fun Fair at Fort Canning. We were honoured to have Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Manpower and Home Affairs flag off the walk.

More than $220,000 was raised for children in less fortunate circumstances. We presented pledges worth 100,000 on the day to the Bishan North CCC Community Development and Welfare Fund and to the ECDA KidSTART programme.

It was heartwarming to see families spanning several generations come together for a good cause and enjoy the walk at one of Singapore’s most historic landmarks.

We hope that this will inculcate a culture of healthy living and philanthropy in our community. A big thank you to our generous sponsors, enthusiastic parents and dedicated staff for being so supportive.

This event was organised by the EtonHouse Community Fund, an independent charity committed to supporting underprivileged children in Singapore.
